Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • Participation is limited to approved Padel and Pickleball Coaches and Ambassadors.

   • Everything Padel reserves the right to approve or decline any application.

2. Commission

   • Affiliates earn 15% commission (including GST) on valid referred sales.

   • Commission applies only to eligible products and excludes:

     • Already reduced bundles

     • Non-padel or non-pickleball items

3. Payment

   • Affiliates must provide a valid tax invoice each month for the commission amount owed.

   • Payments will be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

4. Code Usage

   • Affiliate codes must only be used in good faith by genuine customers.

   • Codes cannot be used by the affiliate to purchase their own products for resale or personal discount stacking.

5. Termination & Misuse

   • Everything Padel reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if:

     • Terms are breached

     • Misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected

   • Termination will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Changes to Program

   • Everything Padel may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes in writing.
